Ms. Dy Sreyneth is a Legal Services Manager of DSDL Consulting Co., Ltd. Prior to her current position, she used to work as a compliance services officer at the Cambodia Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA). Her experiences and records in the legal field enable her to have a level of capability and professionalism to lead the legal services team and make significant contributions & changes to DSDL’s family, clients, enterprises and businesses as a whole. Sreyneth always keeps her goal on track and open for both personal and team development via strengthening and expanding her skills in communication, management, knowledge, etc. Her roles and involvement are to oversee all legal matters within the company and related legal services and consultation includes reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with Cambodian applicable laws and regulations, advising on potential legal risks and working closely with cross department. Sreyneth holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Royal University of Law and Economy (RULE). To widen her capacity and skills in the legal profession, Sreyneth is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Private Law at the Royal University of Law and Economy. Also, she is joining the program at the Contribution of Law, a specialist in civil law and civil procedure code.
As a legal services team, Ms. Ma Syloun always exercises her knowledge in providing consultation, advice and solutions to enterprises and businesses to address potential risk in the legal fields, develop strategic plans and make informed decisions regarding the compliance issues. In this profession, she treats clients’ information of any form as the top confidentiality matter. Together with the legal services team, she works with joint efforts in the precedent tasks, including providing labour, commercial and tax consultation, translating legal instruments, drafting legal documents, developing contract and agreement, and supporting team and associated lawyer on the compliance and other related services.
Ms. Tai SreyNeang is a hardworking individual with an energetic personality. She seeks new opportunities and welcomes any challenges in her working journey. She plays a key role in providing practical knowledge and technical support to enterprises and businesses regarding the labour, commercial and tax related compliance obligation. Her assistant and goal are to bring positive impacts and maximize development of enterprises and businesses.
Ms. Yen Radin, an accounting assistant, is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at Asia Euro University, majoring in accounting in the year 3. Her commitment and courage in expanding her capacity and knowledge by stepping out of her comfort zone and growing with DSDL team are acknowledged and perceived as a vital effort. She has crucial roles and responsibilities in preparing company budgets, building and assessing financial reports, managing payroll processes, monitoring company financial well-being, etcs.
